Covered by insurance in all 50 states, incl. Medicare Advantage day one

Mental healthcare that understands, supports, and evolves with you.

Care should remember your story. Support should continue between visits. Progress should be visible. Clinicians should have better context. And you should have a clearer path forward.

Our mission.

Mental healthcare wasn't designed for how people actually live. Care is fragmented. Progress is hard to see. Details get lost between appointments. Siggy was built to change that: a continuous, clinician-supervised mental healthcare system that helps you feel heard, stay with your care, and move forward over time. Covered by insurance, in all 50 states.

Life isn't linear, and neither is mental health; Siggy is built to stay with you across it, not just through a crisis.

Why we started Siggy.

For much of my life, I struggled with PTSD and ADHD. It wasn't until adulthood that I finally sought help, and when I did, finding the right care was only the beginning. Managing it became its own challenge. I spent years working with psychiatrists, therapists, coaches, and specialists. Different treatment approaches. Different medications. Different systems.

Eventually, I found a combination of support that changed my life. But it required enormous effort, resources, and persistence. I couldn't stop asking myself a simple question:

Why should getting better be this hard?

I started Siggy to change that.

I believe there is a future where mental wellness is the baseline, not the exception. A future where care stays connected to people over time, progress is easier to see, and no one has to navigate their mental health alone.

What we believe.

Care should be continuous, not episodic.
Mental health doesn't happen in 15-minute appointments every few months. It happens every day. Siggy is with you between visits so nothing gets lost, and nothing has to be repeated.
You should be heard from day one.
Nobody wants to retell their story to a new face every few months. What people actually want is someone who follows it. Siggy and your clinicians build your story from the first conversation onward, so care continues instead of restarting.
Progress should be visible.
Getting better is hard to feel day-to-day. The Siggy Score turns your daily check-ins into a clear picture of how you're doing and where support helps most.
Clinicians belong at the center of care.
Siggy is AI-native, but every diagnosis, prescription, and treatment plan is made and reviewed by licensed clinicians. A licensed psychiatrist reviews prescriptions and dose changes, and signs every script.

How Siggy works.

One system, 5 connected layers with you at the center.

Intake.
Start talking, anonymously and free. You'll get a summary of your medical history that's yours to keep and yours to control, whether or not you ever sign up.
Diagnosis.
Clinician-supervised evaluation, grounded in your full story rather than a single appointment.
Goal setting.
Siggy helps you work from "I want to feel better" down to goals you can actually see happen, like dinner with your family once a week.
Treatment and medication plan.
Personalized plans designed with your clinician, adjusted as your needs change.
Daily check-ins.
4 quick questions: how you slept, how your body feels, whether you took your medication, and how your mood is, keep your care current and your clinician in the know.

Medication is a tool, not the destination. When it's right for you, medication quiets things enough to make the real work possible: rebuilding trust in your own capabilities. Progress you can see becomes confidence you own, on medication or off it, with your clinician guiding either path.

A directional trendline built from your check-ins and compared with your own baseline. It is not a diagnosis.

The problem we're solving

It's not a lack of medication. It's a lack of care.

Getting help has 3 hurdles, and the system fails all of them.

Courage
Admitting you need help is hard, so Siggy lets you start anonymously, no name, no waiting room.
Trust
Believing care will be competent, not just a prescription, which is why licensed clinicians make every decision.
Confidence
Seeing that treatment is actually working, which is what the Siggy Score exists to show.

16.6% of US adults take an antidepressant. But starting is only half the battle: among people who begin treatment for depression, 42% stop within the first month, and nearly three-quarters within 3 months. The cost is real: higher relapse rates, longer recovery, greater risk. People don't stop because they want to. They stop because the system loses track of them. Siggy continuous care exists to make staying with treatment the easy path, not the hard one.

Who's behind Siggy.

Siggy was founded by Jonathan Sabbagh, who previously founded Journey Clinical, and Edvard Engesaeth, MD, co-founder of Nurx. Both have spent their careers making care easier to reach. Behind the product is a clinical team of board-certified psychiatrists and psychiatry-trained physician associates who supervise every medical decision.
